1. Who we are

QREW AI ("we", "our", "us") provides an AI-powered outreach automation platform for agencies and freelancers. Our registered address and contact email is hello@qrew.ai.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and password (hashed) when you sign up.
• Workspace data: your business name, offer description, ideal customer profile, and sending email you provide during onboarding.
• Prospect data: names, email addresses, company names, and any other fields you upload in your CSV prospect lists.
• Usage data: campaign activity, emails sent, replies received, and sequence performance for your analytics.
• Billing data: handled directly by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and analytics purposes.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the QREW AI platform.
• To send outreach emails on your behalf using the prospect data you upload.
• To generate AI-personalised messages using our AI platform.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails about your account (not marketing).
• To improve our platform and fix bugs.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate QREW AI:

• Supabase: database and authentication (EU region)
• Anthropic: AI message generation
• SendGrid (Twilio): email delivery
• Stripe: payment processing
• Vercel: hosting and deployment

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements in place.

5. Your prospect data

You are the data controller for any prospect data you upload into QREW AI. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for processing that data under GDPR and any other applicable regulations. QREW AI acts as a data processor on your behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or share your prospect data with any third parties except those listed above (and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service).

6. Data retention

We retain your account and workspace data for the duration of your subscription, plus 30 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@qrew.ai or using the "Delete account" option in your account settings.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing
• Data portability

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to this policy
