1. Agreement

By creating an account or using QREW AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

QREW AI provides AI-powered outreach automation tools including email sequence management, AI message generation, and analytics. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QREW AI to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam laws.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm individuals.
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform (including email providers and social networks).
  • Send messages on behalf of parties other than yourself without proper authorisation.
  • Upload prospect data you do not have a lawful basis to process.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through QREW AI and for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. No card is required during the trial. You will be charged at the end of the trial if you do not cancel.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all prospect data you upload. By uploading data, you confirm you have the right to use it for outreach purposes.

6. Intellectual property

QREW AI and its content, features, and functionality are owned by QREW AI Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. AI-generated messages created using your inputs belong to you.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. QREW AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that puts the platform or other users at risk. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
